SUPPLEX COMMERCE SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- SUPPLEX COMMERCE SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the SUPPLEX COMMERCE SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- In case of returns, we will arranges pick-up of the goods but shipping charges will be applicable. Customer has to bear the shipping charges or else can arrange the return by own means.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all contents intact as shipped.
- A part of the order can also be returned if multiple items were ordered. However, all the components of the product must be intact and product should ne unused/altered.
- In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Returns Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general return policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.
The return policy is divided into two parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Actions possible

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
Your product will be checked for the following conditions after received to us:

| Complete Product | All in-the-box accessories & freebies and combos (if any) should be present. |
| Unused Product | The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning any product. |
| Undamaged Product | The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |
| Undamaged Packaging | Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received from the customer to us. |
In case Outer Brown Box is physically damaged or its seal is tempered. It is recommended that you do not accept the delivery and report the problem to our support team.
In case, you have received any damaged product, incomplete product (any component or any accessories are missing), complete product is missing or wrong product is shipped, you are required to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery TAT, our team will not accept any complaints regarding damaged, incomplete, missing, or wrong product delivery.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received from the customer to us.
In certain cases where the manufacturer is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refunds will be given in the same manner the payment was received. If the order was prepaid, refund will be done in the bank account and if the order was cash on delivery, refund will be in the Latex Gloves account (coupon form).
